Born in Mumbai, finished Diploma in Print Making from L.S.Raheja School of Arts, Mumbai in 1993 and in 2000 did her Post Diploma in Print Making from M.S.University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Baroda. She has worked as a Practicing artist in Kanoria Centre for Arts from October ’96 to July’97; as a non-colliegate student in Paper Making department 1997 Faculty of Fine Art, M.S.University Baroda; in 2000 Administrative In charge in Open Circle International Workshop by Open Circle Trust, Mumbai; Gallery In Charge of Leela Gallery; & Apparao Gallery, Kala Ghoda, Mumbai. In 1998 has held a solo show at the Faculty of Fine Arts, M.S.University, Baroda. Has held several group shows from 1997 for the Holi Festival & 50 years of India Independence at Kanoria Centre of Arts Ahmedabad; in 2001 exhibition for Earthquake Relief fund NGMA, Mumbai; 2002 Forever Young at Apollo Apparao Gallery, Mumbai; 2004 ABC Show Apparao Galleries, New Delhi; 2005 Sacred Feminine, Apparao Galleries, New Delhi; & 2006 Single Supremacy Open Court, Habitat Centre, New Delhi by Apparao Galleries. Has participated in several Workshops & Seminars: in 1996 50 Years of Independence NCPA, Mumbai; 1997 PrintMaking workshop with Spanish Artists, M.S.University Baroda; & Vegetable Dyes on Cloth by Department of Arts & Crafts M.S.University, Baroda. She lives and works in Mumbai.
