Key to her oeuvre are shocking, vibrant colors and a deep study of the human form. She draws inspiration from her immediate context - be it the philosophical and spiritual odyssey of the soul or the ever-present pressures of politics;or the sinuous curves of muscles stretched taut . The images in her work weave through both the corporeal and psychological worlds, creating visual representations of things unseen and bringing new depth and focus to the human figure. Her work is a delicate dance between the abstract and the concrete, creating intense visual energy from the interplay of concepts and colors.
